The result can't surprise you.
By design.

You approve every milestone: the script, the storyboard, the style frames, before animation begins. Here is the Mostra method, in detail.

How it runs

01

Analysis & understanding

3d

We analyse your industry, your audience, your expectations and your ambitions to build the most optimised project possible, one that's set up to perform and pay off.

Onboarding comes in two parts: a short questionnaire, then a single 60 to 90 minute workshop. We then restate your product, your audience and your problem in writing, and you approve that summary before a single line of script. We study your audience because everything happens in the first 20 seconds: a hook is your audience's exact pain, in their own words. And we study your design because your brand is an asset: the video should build on it, not dilute it.

✓ You approve: the diagnosis

02

Pre-production

3d

We write an optimised script that becomes a solid foundation for the video and makes sure it's understood. We work on the storytelling, the emotion and the message to get across.

The script follows a persuasion structure (hook, body, CTA) built from the diagnosis. Every choice is explained: why this hook, why this structure. Your team doesn't debate opinions in a vacuum: it approves or challenges reasoned hypotheses. Unlimited revisions.

✓ You approve: the script, the words

03

Art direction

3d

We create the world of your video so it fits your brand. We build a storyboard and set up every scene in the video.

You approve style frames, still images of the final look, before any animation: the style can't surprise you. Your video is built on your design system, not on a library of reused assets. A template is recognisable in two seconds; our reason to exist is the opposite: a video that looks like you and nobody else.

✓ You approve: the storyboard + style frames, the exact look

04

Animation

3d

We bring your video to life with motion design: the storyboard starts to move.

Built with modular components: product interface shots are isolated from the rest, so they can be swapped without touching the storytelling or the animation. Your interface will keep changing: a screen update doesn't mean redoing the video. Unlimited revisions.

✓ You approve: the animation

05

Finishing & marketing

2d

We create the full sound design of the video, and we don't just leave you with a beautiful video: we help you use it in the best possible way, with strategies tailored to your brand.

Delivered with usage and publishing guides, and above all measurement: a baseline on your page before publishing, full tracking (play rate, second-by-second retention curve, conversion of viewers vs non-viewers), then a report at day 30 and day 90. You'll know exactly what your video delivers.

✓ You leave with: the video, the sources, the guides, the measurement

Our commitments

Zero surprises

Disappointment always comes from a surprise. Approval at every milestone, unlimited revisions: only decisions you've made.

Measurement included

Baseline before publishing, tracking, reports at day 30 and day 90: profitability stops being an opinion.

A real guarantee

If the video underperforms, we rework the content and visuals. As a last resort: a full refund, and you keep the videos.

Your files are yours

Sources delivered, guides included, per-project contract: no forced subscription, no exclusivity. Lock-in is structurally impossible.

2 to 3 hours of your time

Focused on the approval milestones. Between milestones, nothing is asked of you: we produce, and you're notified when a decision is waiting.

Fixed price per project

Clear, easy to budget, no surprises, and no conflict of interest when it comes to measuring the numbers.

The Mostra vision

“We don't sell videos. We sell conversion.”

A goal is set before production, a KPI measured after. An asset with a KPI isn't decoration: it's an employee.

“A smaller guarantee than the dream sellers'.”

Nobody can honestly guarantee your final conversion. We guarantee what our work controls, and we'd rather lose a deal today than lie to you.

“A video that looks like you, and nobody else.”

Built from your design system, never from a template. Templates are the mark of the low end that AI is flooding. Our reason to exist is the opposite.

“The person who writes the script is the one who animates it.”

No juniors, no game of telephone. Mostra is built on clients who sign again, not on promises that fall apart.

Straight answers

The final result can't surprise you, by design: you approve every milestone, the script (the words), the storyboard (the structure), the style frames (the exact look), before animation begins. The "I discover the result at the end and I'm disappointed" scenario is removed from the process, not handled after the fact.

As many as it takes: revisions are unlimited. They stay structured: you approve each step before the next, so feedback always applies to the current layer, never to the whole build. Clear milestones protect your time as much as ours.

First, we'll know exactly why, that's the whole point of measuring: the day-30 report shows where it drops off and we act in the right place. Then our guarantee applies: we rework the content and visuals, and as a last resort refund in full, videos kept. You can't lose.

You're right, and we'll say it before you ask: nobody can honestly guarantee your final conversion, it depends on your offer, your price, your traffic, your market. Anyone promising you a specific ROI is lying to close the deal. What we guarantee is what our work controls: target engagement metrics, a rework if the video underperforms, and the measurement that lets you calculate your ROI yourself, on your real numbers.

With a protocol, not impressions: a 30-day baseline on your page before publishing, full tracking (play rate, second-by-second retention curve, conversion of viewers vs non-viewers), then reports at day 30 and day 90. Three levels: is the video watched, does it trigger action, does it influence your pipeline.

A freelancer sells a deliverable (a video); we sell conversion. A freelancer executes your ideas: if your ideas aren't good, they execute them anyway. You have to do all the groundwork: market analysis, storytelling and a script adapted to your audience, persuasion structure, managing the back-and-forth… At Mostra, we take care of absolutely everything; you just approve.

That's planned from the start: source files delivered, and modular components: product interface shots are isolated from the rest, so they can be swapped without touching the storytelling or the animation. Your independence isn't a concession, it's a design principle.

Your total involvement in the project: about 2 to 3 hours, focused on the approval milestones. A short questionnaire, a single 60 to 90 minute workshop, then approvals. Between milestones, nothing is asked of you: we produce, and you're notified when a decision is waiting.

Yes. We're based in Lyon, France, and work with clients everywhere. Most projects run fully remotely: kickoff call, script approved in writing, sign-off at every step. If you're in Lyon and would rather meet, we can.

You can't lose: either it performs, or it gets reworked, or you get refunded.
