The video is delivered in 14 days: plan to start at least three weeks before your date, to leave time to prepare the announcement. If your date is closer, tell us: we'll be honest about what's doable.

No. We work from your mockups, your screenshots or a test version. Interface screens are isolated in the video: they can be swapped without redoing the animation if the product changes before launch.

Yes, that's planned from the start. It can be cut into teasers for social media and a version for your landing page, and the usage guide tells you how to reuse it over time.

The result can't surprise you, by design: you approve the script (the words), the storyboard (the structure) and the style frames (the exact look) before animation starts. The "I discover the result at the end and I'm disappointed" scenario is removed from the process, not handled after the fact.

As many as it takes: revisions are unlimited. Since you approve each step before the next (script, storyboard, style frames, animation), feedback always applies to the current layer, never to the whole build.
