We've probably already answered your questions.
Timelines, revisions, measuring results, source files, guarantee. If your question isn't here, that's what the thirty-minute call is for.
14 days from project kickoff to delivery, in five steps: analysis, pre-production, art direction, animation, finishing & marketing. A timeline we hold as long as your approvals keep pace.
About 2 to 3 hours across the whole project, focused on the approval milestones. Onboarding comes in two parts: a short questionnaire, then a single 60 to 90 minute workshop. Between milestones, nothing is asked of you: we produce, and you're notified when a decision is waiting.
Yes. We're based in Lyon, France, and work with clients everywhere. Most projects run fully remotely: kickoff call, script approved in writing, sign-off at every step. If you're in Lyon and would rather meet, we can.
The result can't surprise you, by design: you approve the script (the words), the storyboard (the structure) and the style frames (the exact look) before animation starts. The "I discover the result at the end and I'm disappointed" scenario is removed from the process, not handled after the fact.
As many as it takes: revisions are unlimited. Since you approve each step before the next (script, storyboard, style frames, animation), feedback always applies to the current layer, never to the whole build.
First, we'll know exactly why: the day-30 report shows where it drops off (placement, hook or CTA) and we act in the right place. Then the guarantee applies: we rework the content and visuals, and as a last resort refund the project in full, and you keep the videos.
With a protocol, not impressions: a 30-day baseline on your page before publishing, full tracking (play rate, second-by-second retention curve, conversion of viewers vs non-viewers), then a report at day 30 and day 90.
A product video never shows 100% of the product. We split it into several videos so the message isn't diluted: one video solves one problem and speaks to one specific audience. The more complex your product, the more useful the video: it lowers the cognitive load and creates desire by making something complex simple.
Yes. Source files delivered, built with modular components (product interface shots are isolated, so they can be swapped without redoing the video), usage and publishing guides included, per-project contract with no subscription or exclusivity.
No. We provide a complete guide to publishing and optimising your campaigns, and we support you while you publish, with performance tracking included. You don't need to know everything for it to work.
Still have a question? Ask it in person.
Thirty minutes, no commitment. You leave with an analysis of your market, a figure-based ROI estimate and your audit, even if we don't end up working together.
